First, as shown, place the Radxa AICore AX-M1 into the heatsink bottom cover and make sure it is properly aligned.
Steps 01Results as depicted in the illustration
Next, as shown, align the fan cable connector vertically with the fan connector on the AX-M1. Confirm the orientation, then gently press it down until securely connected.

Then, apply the thermal pad to the main heat-generating area of the AX-M1, ensuring proper coverage and contact with the primary heat-generating components.

Finally, align the heatsink with the bottom cover, install it in place, and secure it using the supplied screws.
